ONSITE MANAGER / RECRUITER – LOUISVILLE, KY

We are currently hiring an Onsite Manager / Recruiter to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, organized, and bilingual professional who enjoys working with people and recruiting.

Pay: $22–$29 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates
Coordinate staffing and employee assignments
Maintain communication with employees and clients
Assist with scheduling and daily onsite operations
Address employee questions and concerns
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Support the client and staffing team with daily needs

Requirements:

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred
Onsite management experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Experience: With or without experience considered; previous experience is preferred.

Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Pay: $22–$29/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time
