Now Hiring: Production Manager for Contents & Inventory Operations

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations in our contents‐cleaning department. This role manages workflow for cleaning household contents, electronics, rugs, luggage, and specialty items while ensuring accuracy in inventory tracking, storage control, and production reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all production activities for contents cleaning

• Oversee incoming and outgoing inventory, including tracking and documentation

• Maintain organized storage systems and ensure proper item handling

• Monitor production numbers, efficiency, and quality standards

• Lead and support production staff to meet deadlines and performance goals

• Communicate with office staff, adjusters, and clients as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in production, warehouse, or restoration environments

• Strong organizational and tracking skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‐paced environment

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus
