Job DescriptionThe Production Manager plans, directs, and coordinates all facility activities, leading teams to ensure efficient, safe, and profitable production while meeting quality, cost, and productivity targets, and driving continuous process improvement.Job RequirementsProduction Oversight: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety across all shifts.Process Control: Monitor production processes to maintain stability, minimize scrap, and ensure output meets specifications.Resource Management: Manage production staff, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and control overtime.Continuous Improvement: Drive and implement process and project-based initiatives to enhance floor efficiency.Process Optimization: Standardize workflows and ensure procedures are up to date in the quality management system (EtQ).Team Leadership: Oversee hiring, training, and performance reviews while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols (PPE, LOTO).Financial Management: Monitor operational expenditures,capital expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on budget variances.Job DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: Operations & Supply ChainSalaried: Salaried
