Job Summary

\n

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Manufacturing Quality and Quality Management Systems (QMS) to support a global QMS transformation program. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating manufacturing quality processes into clear business requirements and functional specifications.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and business process workshops to gather and document requirements.
\n
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process documentation.
\n
• Translate manufacturing quality processes into actionable requirements for Agile development teams.
\n
• Support QMS implementation, enhancements, and enterprise workflow transformation initiatives.
\n
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability across design, development, testing, and deployment.
\n
• Define business requirements for data migration, system integrations, and workflow automation.
\n
• Coordinate UAT activities, validate solutions against business requirements, and support business acceptance.
\n
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and quality professionals.
\n
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to manufacturing quality workflows.
\n

Required Skills and Qualifications

\n

\n
• 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis.
\n
• At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality, QMS, PLM, ERP, or enterprise workflow transformation programs.
\n
• Strong understanding of manufacturing quality processes, including:
\n
• Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
\n
• Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR)
\n
• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
\n
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)
\n
• Supplier Quality Management
\n
• Quality Audits and Document Control
\n
• 8D Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
\n
• Gauge Management
\n
• Customer Complaints and Warranty Management
\n
• Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management standards.
\n
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, and user story development.
\n
• Hands-on experience with UAT, defect tracking, data migration, and system integration requirements.
\n
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams and global stakeholders.
\n
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Experience with enterprise QMS implementation or transformation programs.
\n
• Exposure to PLM and ERP platforms within manufacturing environments.
\n
• Experience supporting global process standardization and cross-functional quality initiatives.
