Description du poste

Walter Learning, organisme de formation en alternance, recherche (un)e assistant(e) Ressources Humaines pour une de ses entreprises partenaires.

En tant qu'assistant en Ressources Humaines, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Recrutement et intégration du personnel

Mise en ligne des annonces, et suivi des recrutements (prise de références, prise de rendez-vous…)

Sourcing et présélection des candidats

Suivi de l’intégration des collaborateurs (onboarding, parrainage, parcours d’accueil)

Administration du personnel & social

Prise en charge de la partie administrative des ressources humaines de l'entreprise : rédaction contrat de travail, déclarations d'embauche veille juridique et sociale,,...

Gestion de l'administration du personnel

Participation à la gestion administrative de l’arrivée au départ du collaborateur : contrat, SIRH…

Formation & développement des compétences

Participation à l'élaboration et au suivi du plan de développement des compétences

Suivi administratif des formations internes et externes (inscriptions, convocations, bilans)

Appui logistique à l’organisation des sessions (supports, feuilles d’émargement, évaluation)

Outils & reporting RH

Utilisation des logiciels RH (SIRH, outils bureautiques, tableaux de bord)

Collecte et traitement de données RH (absentéisme, effectifs, formations, etc.)

Élaboration de tableaux de suivi et de reportings sociaux

Vous devez être admis dans notre école pour pouvoir passer les entretiens avec ce partenaire.

Une sélection des meilleurs profils uniquement lui sera présentée.

Profil recherché

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac et souhaitez évoluer dans le secteur des Resources Humaines

Votre intérêt pour l'humain et votre discrétion sont essentiels pour accompagner nos collaborateurs.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, organisation et rigueur dans vos missions.

Vos qualités relationnelles et votre écoute active font de vous un interlocuteur apprécié.

Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et possédez une bonne expression écrite et orale .
