Dentist - Wilmington, NC - Accepting New Grads

Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Mon-Fri; No Weekends/On-call coverage needed. Patient Population: Pediatrics & Young Adults

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine exams, restorative procedures, and hygiene checks
• Provide compassionate dental care to pediatric and young adult patients
• Review medical histories with patients and parents/guardians
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient charts and treatment notes
• Collaborate with dentists, office managers, and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with practice-support tasks to maintain efficient patient flow

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Dental License (required)
• General dentistry experience preferred; pediatric experience a plus
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Production-based compensation with high earning potential
• Daily guarantee of $600-$800 depending on experience (paid whichever is higher: production or guarantee)
