This is a part-time , fully remote position focused on creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every new customer. The Onboarding Specialist will take over once a new customer joins our agency and guide them through our onboarding process from start to finish. The goal is to make sure each customer is fully engaged, understands what to expect, and has completed all necessary steps and documentation. Responsibilities Follow our established onboarding process for all new customers Welcome new customers and serve as their primary point of contact during onboarding Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email Collect and follow up on required documents, signatures, forms, and other outstanding items Ensure customer information and records are complete and accurate Help customers complete any required account setup or enrollment steps Track each customer through the onboarding process and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Follow up consistently with customers who have outstanding onboarding items Identify incomplete information or potential issues and work with the appropriate team member to resolve them Maintain accurate notes and documentation of customer interactions Ensure each customer has a professional, friendly, and consistent experience with our agency What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable following established processes and checklists Friendly and professional when communicating with customers Consistent with follow-up and comfortable reaching out multiple times when necessary Able to manage multiple customers and deadlines at the same time Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Comfortable using computers, email, phone systems, and customer management software Reliable and accountable for completing assigned responsibilities Position Details Part-Time Fully Remote Customer service and administrative focused Training and established onboarding processes will be provided About the Role This position plays an important role in making sure our customers have a great experience from the very beginning.
