Optical Alignment Machine Operator

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Dedicated   Optical Alignment  Machine Operator for a company based in Lewisville, Texas. The  Optical Alignment   Machine Operator will be responsible to help ad support production on a high-precision manufacturing line. Hands on experience with optical systems, alignment procedures, cleanroom protocols, and semiconductor wafer process. 

Pay Rate:

$20 based on experience.

Schedule and Hours:

Monday through Friday 6am to 4:30pm

Optical Alignment  Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform optical alignment of semiconductor components and assemblies using microscopes, laser tools and precision fixtures.

• Follows established SOPs, Cleanroom procedures, and safety standards.

• Inspect of parts for quality, defects, and accuracy using metrology tools.

• Record production data, alignment results, and process deviations.

• Maintain accurate production log and documentation. 

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in alignment accuracy and manufacturing efficiency.

Optical Alignment  Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 1-3 years of experience as a machine operator or similar role in the manufacturing or engineering environment. Experience with optical equipment is highly preferred.

• Experience working in a  cleanroom environment

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to stand, bend for long periods and ability to lift to 40 lbs.

• Good communication skills and teamwork.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet production targets.

• Work in the  cleanroom and must wear cleanroom clothing.
