Sales Executive

The Sales Executive / Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting staffing and workforce solutions. This role requires a motivated sales professional who excels at prospecting, closing new business, and collaborating with recruiters to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Job Duties:

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and territory sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct in-person client visits, presentations, and sales meetings
• Identify client hiring needs and recommend customized staffing solutions
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to match qualified candidates with client job openings
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities
• Prepare proposals, pricing agreements, and service contracts
• Negotiate terms and successfully close new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Work closely with sales team members and management to share best practices and improve performance
• Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and staffing industry developments
• Attend networking events, job fairs, and industry functions as needed
• Perform additional sales and business development duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; College education preferred
• 13 years of sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or business-to-business (B2B) sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building long-term client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify client needs and provide customized staffing solutions
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and perform door-to-door business development
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
