We’re looking for driven sales members who are health- and fitness-minded leaders and are ready to grow with us and help others become the best version of themselves. We have a proven method to make you 7 figures! Your pay is endless if you WANT IT! 

Must Haves:

• Confident Closer - Must have strong phone, text, and in-person sales skills. Can confidently overcome objections and close memberships daily. Knows how to ask for the sale.
• Sales Goal Crusher- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets. Understands KPIs, daily conversion rates, lead follow-up systems, and revenue tracking.
• Natural Leader- Leads by example. Holds team accountable. Coaches, corrects, and develops staff without micromanaging. Builds respect through action.
• Ownership Mentality- Solves problems independently. Doesn’t wait to be told what to do. Takes initiative every single day.
• Passion for Fitness & Wellness- Lives the brand. Believes in the product. Ideally personally certified and committed to health, goal-setting, and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional Customer Experience Driver- Understands that retention = relationships. Delivers 5-star service. Handles complaints professionally and protects the brand at all times.
• Operationally Strong- Solid computer, CRM, reporting, and typing skills. Comfortable with scheduling, metrics, and performance tracking. Organized and detail-oriented.
• Studio Standards Champion- Obsessed with cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation. Maintains a polished, professional environment at all times.
• Social & Community Builder-S ocial media savvy. Engages members online and in-studio. Builds hype, culture, and community energy consistently.
• High Integrity & Accountability Reliable. On time. Follows through. Communicates clearly. Takes responsibility for wins and losses. No excuses.

Must live nearby and have reliable transportation.
