Account Executive

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with import processes, shipping documentation, and customer communication. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

- Knowledge of the import process.
- Basic knowledge of Customs Law (trade regimes, free trade agreements, invoices, and invoice subdivisions).
- Preparation of Shipper's Export Declarations.
- Knowledge of labeling regulations compliance.
- Basic knowledge of import tax regulations.
- HAZMAT (MSDS) knowledge.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Preparation of Bills of Lading.
- Time management.
- Problem-solving.
- Effective communication.
- Documentation control.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Teamwork.
