Pay Rate: $57.00 / Hour (USD)
Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 Hours, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary

This is an Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapy contract opportunity at a Level II Trauma Center in Everett, WA.

Education Requirements

OT License (Required)
BLS certification required
NBCOT certification required

Required Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience required
First-time travelers not accepted

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Weekends not required
Float not required
Scrub color: Any (no reddish orange permitted)
Charting system: EPIC
Parking: Facility paid
Guaranteed Hours: Clinician can be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2-week period
RTO Restrictions: Please include all RTO at the time of submittal
