LOA Operations Leader: Compliance, Coaching & Improvement

Jobtailor is seeking an LOA Leader in the United States, Connecticut, to oversee compliance, quality, and SLA performance for the LOA team. You will directly lead LOA Associates and Representatives, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, development, and performance management. You will own the monthly Dovetail quality reviews, coordinate escalations with vendors and HR partners, and drive onboarding and process improvements.
