We’re hiring a Bilingual Hotel Staffing Operations Manager to oversee hotel staffing operations, support our team members, and build great relationships with our hotel partners. You’ll be the key contact between hotels and our HotelPro team, ensuring each hotel property has the staffing and support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hotel leaders
• Visit hotel sites weekly to ensure service quality and staffing coverage
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new Team Members
• Assist with engagement activities and celebrations for our Team Members
• Respond quickly to client and staffing needs
• Ensure payroll accuracy and HR compliance
• Promote HotelPro’s values and positive culture

Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)—a must!
• 1+ year of experience as a Supervisor or Leader
• Schedule flexibility to work a full-time day shift with ability to work during evenings and weekends as business needs require
• Ability to drive to our office in Addison, TX and different hotel sites between Dallas and Frisco
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for driving between client sites)
• Previous experience working independently and making informed decisions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong team collaborator with a professional, respectful approach to teamwork
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
• Passion for people, problem-solving, and creating great experiences for clients and Team Members
