Storm Guard Roofing of Madison is seeking a skilled and organized Production Planner to join our growing office team and manage the transition of projects from sale to production. You connect with suppliers to order materials, coordinate deliveries, and schedule installations with homeowners and crews. As projects progress, you serve as the primary communicator, keeping customers informed, managing expectations, and ensuring timelines stay on track. When conflicts arise, you step in quickly to resolve them, always protecting both the schedule and the customer experience. Behind the scenes, you meticulously track permits, materials, and milestones while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
