Bilingual Health Access Navigator for HTW Program
Prism Health North Texas
Prism Health North Texas is seeking Patient Navigators to support the Healthy Texas Women program in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will assist individuals in accessing healthcare services, handle enrollment in various programs, and provide referrals and education. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of public health programs, and the ability to work with diverse populations.
