Human Resources Generalist

Reports To: Vice President, Human Resources Help Us Build Great Teams! We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist who enjoys recruiting, employee relations, talent development, and partnering with leaders to support business growth. What You'll Do: Talent Acquisition & Hiring Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across the organization. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and build recruiting plans. Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels. Screen, interview, coordinate, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Develop strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Employee Relations & Performance Engagement Partner with managers to address employee relations matters and provide coaching. Assist with performance management processes, documentation, and development planning. Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture. Guide leaders on policy interpretation, communication, and employment-related practices. Help identify opportunities to improve employee retention and performance. Compensation & HR Analytics Support compensation planning, market benchmarking, and salary administration. Assist with merit planning, promotions, transfers, and pay recommendations. Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support business decisions. Prepare reports and dashboards related to recruiting, compensation, and workforce trends. HR Technology & Process Improvement Serve as a power user for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Help configure, test, and implement HR technology solutions. Develop SOPs, workflows, and process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency. Utilize automation, AI tools, and analytics to improve HR operations and recruiting effectiveness. Learning & Development Support Partner with Learning & Development to enhance onboarding and employee development programs. Provide feedback and insights that help improve training and leadership development initiatives. Support programs that strengthen employee growth, engagement, and retention. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree required in human resources, business administration, communications or similar. 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience. Knowledge of employee relations and performance management practices. Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
