Compensation

• Uncapped performance-based income + additional bonuses for highly motivated reps
• Earn while you learn: $1,750 during training period.
• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$125,000
• Top performers earn $150,000+ annually
• $3,000 sign-on bonus , paid out over 12 weeks. This will be paid out $250 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training.
• Personal vehicle mileage reimbursement available. Reimbursement rate varies per Massachusetts state branch location.

Requirements

• Availability Monday through Saturday.
• Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel within designated sales territory.
• Working cell phone with data plan.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus (not required)
