Lead Salesforce Developer

A rapidly growing fiber network provider is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to help bring critical Salesforce capabilities in-house and play a key role in building a modern, scalable platform. This individual will partner closely with a Salesforce Architect and engineering team to design and develop complex solutions within Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity). This role is ideal for a hands-on senior/lead developer who thrives in high-growth environments, takes ownership, and can adapt communication style across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Act as a lead, hands-on Salesforce developer, contributing directly to design and development
• Build and scale solutions within Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity), including complex product configurations
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Omniscripts
• Design and implement product models, order decomposition, and provisioning workflows
• Partner with architecture and business teams to translate evolving requirements into scalable solutions
• Collaborate with internal engineers to bring development capabilities in-house from an external implementation partner
• Own code quality, testing, and platform stability across the development lifecycle
• Contribute to technical documentation and mentor junior developers as the team grows

6-month contract with extension or conversion potential

Pay: $60-75/hr Fully remote
