This includes managing all finance and accounting functions, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements. The role also involves advising the CEO and executive team on strategic decisions, evaluating investment opportunities, managing risk, supporting mergers and acquisitions or fundraising activities, and building strong relationships with investors, auditors, and key stakeholders while leading a high-performing finance team.
