Hiring: Electronic Repair Technician (AER) – Component-Level Repair

Location: Antioch, TN 37013 | Pay: $19.00 – $24.00/hr (DOE)

Your Day-to-Day:

Technical Diagnosis: Troubleshoot and repair motherboards, circuit boards, and complex electronic systems.
Precision Soldering: Perform component-level soldering/de-soldering to strict quality standards.
Quality Assurance: Use specialized lab equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) to verify voltage, functionality, and signal integrity.

Soldering Experience: Hands-on experience with PCB or component-level soldering.
Troubleshooting: Ability to read schematics or utilize a logical process to diagnose hardware failures.
Professionalism: You communicate clearly, take ownership of your repairs, and are ready for a technical "Bench Test" to demonstrate your skills.
