Responsibilities Providing companionship Providing the assistance needed in activities of daily living Providing emotional support, patience and reassurance to residents Creating a positive, calm, and engaging environment for those acclimating to a new home setting Provide basic education and reminders to residents on safe movement, use of assistive devices and self-care plans. Provide medication reminders Assist with grooming, dressing or eating Every bit of direct care you provide meets and exceeds expectations, and you feel good being a light in the lives of these individual seniors Qualifications Previous caregiving experience A heart for serving seniors CNA certification is preferred but not required Experience with dementia or geriatrics would be beneficial What We Need From You If you can meet these requirements and perform this part-time job as described above, we would be happy to schedule an interview to discuss a future at Legacy Village.
