NCIS Systems and Database Administrator (Quantico, VA) Join Life Cycle Engineering in support of the NCIS IT support services mission headquartered in Quantico, Virginia. The Information Technology Directorate (ITD) supports the NCIS core mission areas to investigate and defeat criminal, terrorist, and foreign intelligence threats by planning for and providing services through appropriate use of the people, equipment, technology, and infrastructure resources of the United States (U.S.) Navy and Marine Corps. This position is expected to start in Q3 of 2026. Position Summary As a Systems Administrator, you will supervise all personnel engaged in the operation and support of computer systems and peripherals for large scale operations. Clearance Requirements Must have an active Top Secret /SCI Secret Clearance Essential Functions and Responsibilities Manages and maintains enterprise infrastructure including Active Directory (AD), Windows Servers (2019/2022), and Oracle/SQL databases. Responsible for virtualized environments, hyperconverged infrastructure, backup/recovery, and DNS/DHCP management. Supports 24x7 operational environments. Required Education, Skills, and Experience Over 10 years of progressive experience in system or database administration. MCSE or equivalent Oracle certifications preferred. Experience with RHEL, VMware, and GPO management. Security+ certification and DoD 8140 compliance required.
