Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will perform assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging operations in a manufacturing environment. You will follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality procedures, while maintaining compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will participate in cross-training to learn multiple production processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging operations.
• Follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross-training to learn multiple production processes and equipment.

• Proficiency in inspection, production, and quality inspection.
• Experience with cleanroom operations, packing, machine operation, and assembly.
• Ability to use micrometers, microscopes, hand tools, and tape measures.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred.
• Experience in electronics, aerospace, medical device, or similar industries is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Work Environment

Enjoy a structured schedule of Monday through Thursday from 7 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 7 am to 11 am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Essex, CT.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
