Position Overview We’re seeking a high‑performing Tax Manager to join our Madison, WI office and lead, mentor, and deliver exceptional tax solutions to clients. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a talented team. Manage complex engagements and build meaningful client relationships. Guide clients through complex tax challenges with a consultative, value‑added mindset. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. CPA or EA certification. 5+ years of public accounting tax experience. Work Schedule Standard hours: 8 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday; busy season: 55+ hours per week. Benefits Profit sharing. Lifestyle Spending Account. Multiple health plan options. Summer Fridays off.
