Massage Therapist

The Therapist is responsible for providing the industry’s best therapeutic treatment in a professional and inviting environment where clients experience the Fluidity difference. To achieve this goal, the Therapist is responsible for adhering to established “Path of Service” procedures and processes to ensure a flawless “Fluidity Experience” including but not limited to: Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award-winning protocols Fully prepares each and every session based on our treatment criteria Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner Talks up all the other great services we offer and provides enhancement treatments Has a most recent and up-to-date massage license (SC please) Provides consistent and stellar treatments up to 3-6 times per day (we like to keep you busy!) Is a steward of the Fluidity Brand making sure all treatment areas are prepared to the Fluidity standards Always improving skills by attending continuing education classes Complete SOAP notes accurately and in a timely fashion Other duties as assigned in the operations manual and by the leadership team You Bring (Experience & Qualifications) Must have completed (or are in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist educational program. Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification that allows you to perform Massage Therapy at the studio.
