Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance required.
• 2 years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant required.
• Home health experience with Homecare Homebase required.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally.
