We're partnering with a rapidly growing fintech that's transforming how consumers access credit through technology, data, and AI. Backed by an experienced leadership team, they're looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants genuine ownership over products that impact millions of customer decisions.

This isn't a role for someone who simply manages backlogs.

They're looking for someone who identifies problems before anyone else, makes difficult prioritization decisions, and works side-by-side with engineering to ship products that move the business forward.

What You'll Do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for high-impact customer and internal products
• Work directly with engineering, design, analytics, operations, and executive leadership to turn ideas into shipped products
• Speak regularly with customers and internal users to uncover opportunities and validate product direction
• Make difficult prioritization decisions using data, customer insight, and commercial impact
• Launch, measure, iterate, and continuously improve product experiences based on real-world feedback
• Drive AI-enabled product innovation where it creates meaningful value for customers and the business
• Influence company strategy by balancing customer needs with commercial outcomes

What We're Looking For

We're much more interested in how you operate than where you've worked.

The strongest candidates will demonstrate:

• Experience owning products end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration
• Comfort making decisions with imperfect information and operating in ambiguous environments
• A track record of shipping products quickly and learning through iteration
• Strong commercial thinking with experience measuring business outcomes, customer adoption, or revenue impact
• Excellent product judgment and the confidence to say "no" when necessary
• Experience partnering closely with engineers to solve complex technical problems
• Curiosity, ownership, and a genuine passion for building products customers love

Bonus Points For

• Fintech, lending, payments, or financial services experience
• Experience building AI-powered or data-driven products
• Strong SQL or analytical skills
• Startup or high-growth company experience
• Experience taking products from 01
