Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Center Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist customers with a variety of services, including shipping, packing, printing, and business services, while helping create a positive experience with every visit. 

Total Compensation — Starting at $14.00/hour, Uncapped Growth Potential

We don't just pay hourly — we invest in you. Here's what your total compensation package looks like:

Expected Total Compensation: $14.75–$15.75+ per hour, including store performance bonuses.

???? Base Pay: $13.00 - $14.00/hour
???? Sales Bonus: Starts at $1.75/hour and increases with store performance - no cap on how high it can go
???? Incentive Pay: Average $50/pay period, with unlimited earning potential based on selling select services
???? Health Coverage: $40/month employer contribution toward the company-provided plan
???? 401(k) Match: Up to 4% match on your contributions

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm 
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and other store services
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and overall store performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Resolve customer concerns courteously and effectively
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
• Support daily store operations and perform other duties as needed 

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Comfortable interacting with customers and identifying their needs
• Basic computer and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and using computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
