Description

Contracts Manager is responsible for supporting a high-volume healthcare contracting organization during a period of growth and process transformation. This individual will function as a strategic partner to the Contracts Leader and will be responsible for contract review, redlining, negotiation support, documentation development, and process improvement initiatives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Healthcare industry contracting experience.Experience with: Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Medical device or healthcare suppliersRFI and RFP management experience.Process improvement and documentation experience.Power BI exposure.Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.Experience working without a formal CLM system.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
