Collections Specialist I - Delinquent Accounts (Evenings)
NBT Bank
NBT Bank hires a collections associate to contact delinquent consumer and mortgage accounts, researching and processing payments while coordinating with branches to resolve issues. You will review collateral and problematic accounts with supervisors, and prepare required reports. Evening hours are required.
