Office Receptionist

Crawford & Boyle, LLC is a criminal defense and family law firm with two locations in Monroe and Lawrenceville, Georgia. We are looking to fill a receptionist/client intake specialist position at our Monroe Office. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact with customers looking for an attorney. Work with other staff members in answering phones, and providing overlapping coverage for other legal assistants. Handle calls with empathy, and enter information accurately into the client intake system. Have high school diploma and preferably 2‑year college, or relevant work experience; prior office experience is preferred. Attention to detail is very important. Experience working with multiline phone system. Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and accomplish tasks. Valid driver’s license and own transportation required. Spanish language ability is preferred, but not required. Ability to follow directions. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Qualifications Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations. Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills. At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant experience, or similar preferred.
