Retail Display Installer – Technology Job Type: Per Required Need Location: Market - SS - IN - Indianapolis Schedule: Work Monday–Friday (Weekends not required) Overview: 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Field Service Representative to install and maintain in-store displays for leading tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to field services management and keep availability updated. Complete assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures; perform buildouts, resets, and repairs. Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and team installs (2+ people) and provide solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed and contribute to team success. Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily. Participate in training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Qualifications Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday through Friday, with weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10ft, lift up to 60lb, kneel, walk, bend, grasp, and reach overhead. Adaptability to changing tasks and environments. Effective communication via phone, text, and email. High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience preferred. Installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; planogram (POG) knowledge. Own an Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms independently. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance; travel up to 90mi per assignment. Strong leadership, decision making, judgment, and problem‑solving skills.
