A thriving, well-established private OB/GYN practice in beautiful Fairfield County, Connecticut, is expanding and seeking two BC/BE OB/GYN physicians to join its exceptional team of five physicians.

Located on Connecticut's prestigious Gold Coast with convenient access to New York City and New Haven, this is an outstanding opportunity to enjoy meaningful patient relationships, clinical variety, strong surgical opportunities, and an exceptional quality of life.

A Practice Where Patients Come First

This physician-led boutique practice has built an outstanding reputation for personalized, compassionate care. Its physicians are deeply respected and beloved by their patients for taking the time to listen, communicate, and develop individualized treatment plans.

The practice is busy and growing, offering:

• 20-30 new patient calls per week

• Annual appointments booked approximately two months in advance

• Approximately 20-25 deliveries per month

• An excellent balance of obstetrics and gynecology

• A comprehensive approach to women's healthcare

• Experienced, long-standing office staff

• A collegial, supportive, and harmonious work environment

Bring Your Surgical Skills - And Your Love of OB

The ideal candidate is a BC/BE OB/GYN physician with strong surgical skills and a genuine passion for obstetrics.

You'll have the opportunity to enjoy:

• A diverse mix of OB and GYN

• Strong surgical volume and opportunities to utilize your skills

• An in-office surgical suite staffed by an anesthesiologist

• Numerous opportunities to perform minor procedures in the office

• Laborist support at the admitting hospital, significantly reducing overnight call responsibilities

• A collaborative physician team committed to excellent patient care

• Mentorship and support for physicians who would benefit from it

A Schedule Designed for Balance

This practice is committed to providing an excellent career without sacrificing life outside of medicine.

• Four days per week in the office and/or covering the hospital

• One full weekday off

• Approximately 4-5 24-hour calls per month

• Laborists provide most overnight call coverage

• Supportive and collaborative physician environment

• Partnership-track opportunity for physicians interested in a long-term future with the practice
