We are seeking qualified applicants for our Counter Sales Representative position at our North Liberty, IA location. Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and professional service to walk-in customers. Assist customers in identifying the right products based on their needs and preferences. Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Maintain product knowledge to offer valuable information and suggestions. Stock shelves, ensure the sales floor is organized, and manage inventory. Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to fulfill customer orders. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required). Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product offerings. Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems. Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
