Restaurant Content Creator & Marketing Assistant

Position Overview We’re looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and store traffic across our restaurant locations. This role blends content creation, social media management, and day‑to‑day marketing support. If you’re passionate about food, trends, and creating engaging content that converts—this is a great fit. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Capture and produce high‑quality photo/video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories). Create on‑brand social media posts, captions, and short‑form videos. Shoot in‑store content featuring menu items, promotions, and team culture. Edit content quickly for real‑time posting. Social Media Management: Assist in managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. Schedule posts and maintain a consistent content calendar. Monitor comments, messages, and engagement trends. Identify viral trends and adapt them to the brand. Marketing Support: Help execute promotions, LTO launches, and in‑store campaigns. Coordinate with operations teams for store‑level marketing. Support email, SMS, and digital campaigns as needed. Track performance of posts and campaigns (engagement, reach, conversions). Qualifications Experience creating content for social media (restaurant experience a plus). Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short‑form video trends. Basic editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similar). Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable transportation for in‑store content capture. What We’re Looking For Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and storytelling. Self‑starter who can take direction and execute quickly. Comfortable being on‑site and occasionally on camera.
