We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Brand Marketing Assistant to support the expansion of our community outreach and marketing division.

In this entry-level role, you will learn how to support the planning and execution of community outreach campaigns, brand marketing initiatives, customer acquisition programs, and product education .

You will work directly with consumers to educate them about our clients' products and services, create positive customer experiences, and support campaign goals. Performance and campaign results will be communicated to the management team.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain knowledge of client products, services, and brand messaging
• Follow all client and company guidelines
• Represent client brands professionally in community and customer-facing environments
• Engage with potential customers and provide clear product and service information
• Educate consumers about client products and services
• Support customer acquisition and promotional marketing efforts
• Communicate consumer feedback and campaign results to management
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer information
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives
