Junior Marketing Assistant - Entry Level

We are a  fast-growing marketing and advertising firm seeking an energetic, motivated  Entry-Level Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team.

We help leading brands grow through  direct marketing, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and relationship-building campaigns . Due to continued growth, we are hiring entry-level professionals who are ready to learn, develop their skills, and grow into leadership opportunities.

No extensive marketing experience is required—training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the growth and development of marketing campaigns
• Represent client brands through direct marketing initiatives
• Engage with potential customers and build strong relationships
• Support customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Assist the sales team with business development activities
• Communicate campaign information to customers and clients
• Track customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Participate in team training and professional development
• Work closely with management to achieve campaign and business goals
