Handle customer queries regarding receivables and provide feedback. Collaborate with collection agencies and legal offices (data transfer, correspondence). Post entries for customer receipts and resolve payment discrepancies. Prepare and send payment reminders and manage return correspondence. Confirm balances with clients.
