Hardware Operator (Sheet Metal Fabrication)
Multiple shifts available | Up to $33/hr
1st Shift: MonThurs, 5:00am3:00pm ($23$27/hr)
2nd Shift: MonThurs, 3:15pm1:45am (+$3/hr diff)
Weekend Shift: FriSun, 5:00am5:30pm (+$6/hr diff work 36 hrs)
Join a clean, modern fabrication shop producing high-quality custom metal components using state-of-the-art equipment.
What You'll Do
- Operate hardware insertion machines (PEMs, rivets, fasteners)
- Read blueprints and verify hardware placement and specs
- Set up tooling, dies, and fixtures for each job
- Perform first-piece inspections and quality checks
- Use shop equipment (drill press, countersink, etc.)
What You Bring
- 2+ years fabrication or machine operating experience
- Blueprint reading + tape measure/shop math skills
- Experience with sheet metal or hardware insertion (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently

This is a Permanent position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
