How You Make a Difference

The Account Manager is directly responsible for the management of one or more Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) contracts in regard to communication, scheduling appointments, medical records, provider/claims management, and building a strong relationship with the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the coordination and scheduling of patient medical referrals on-site clinics and emergency off-site occurrences. • Maintain efficient daily communication with staff, partners and providers. • Oversee and maintain all electronic health record scheduling functions including referrals, appointments, patient information history, and completion status. • Communicate with and maintain positive relations with partner hospitals and specialty physician providers. • Communicate with Network Development department regarding provider needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education College degree or related experience.

Experience Five (5) years professional experience preferably in a medical or healthcare environment.
