Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Production Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with a seasoned designer to execute high-quality design projects efficiently, often under tight deadlines. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and is looking to grow their skills in a collaborative and innovative company. Podium is headquartered in Austin, TX, USA, however, this role is remote with a preferred location in Central or South America. Responsibilities Create and execute design assets across various mediums, including digital, print, and web, ensuring brand consistency and quality (with the majority of the work focused on web). Translate creative briefs into polished, production-ready designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing partnerships, and product, to meet project objectives and deadlines. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines. Proactively manage feedback, revisions, and file organization to streamline the production process. Support the lead designer on high-impact projects, with opportunities to take ownership of smaller initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience or willingness to work on a web platform. (currently use Duda) Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on consistency, alignment, and precision. Ability to work quickly and independently in a high-velocity business environment. 2-5+ years of design-related experience in a fast-paced industry (education, tech, or similar fields preferred). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with limited oversight. Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of a seasoned designer. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Familiarity with front-end web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A degree in design, art, or a related field. Experience creating assets for responsive web design and/or knowledge of UX/UI best practices. Understanding of accessibility standards and design optimization for digital platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
