Strategic Operations And Public Health Initiative GovernanceDrive strategic operations, regulatory compliance, and public health initiative governance across nationwide healthcare operations for a premier wellness organization.Compensation: $95,000.00 plus - DOELocation: RemoteSchedule: Monday-Friday, standards business hoursResponsibilities:Lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of designated healthcare and public health programs.Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies, health authorities, vendors, and regulatory bodies.Oversee CDC reporting, compliance audits, data tracking, and executive dashboard management.Develop standard operating procedures and conduct operational audits to ensure quality assurance across all site locations.Partner with cross-functional leadership (Clinical, Operations, Legal, Tech) to drive project execution and change management initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Nursing, or related field required; Master's preferred.5–7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, public health, clinical services, or program management.Proven track record working alongside federal agencies, regulatory bodies, or public health organizations.Strong analytical and data management skills with experience developing operational and compliance reports.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting software.Ability to travel regularly to airport-based and field operational locations.Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Company-Paid and Voluntary Life Insurance, 401(k) with Company Match, Generous Paid Time Off, Flexible Scheduling.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 Per Year
