Must-Have Qualifications Active user of widely recognized online accounting platforms. Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles. Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support, showcasing excellent written communication and problem‑solving skills in a digital environment.
