Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Pay: $85.00 - $120.00 per billable hour ABA Express is looking for a passionate, creative, and driven BCBA to join our growing team! We're looking for someone who loves working with children and families, enjoys mentoring others, and thrives in a dynamic environment where every day is different. Responsibilities Lead, support, and mentor paraprofessionals Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Implement and monitor treatment plans Collect and analyze data to track client progress Provide parent and caregiver training Develop individualized curricula and behavioral strategies Collaborate with families and care teams Work independently while contributing to a supportive team Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACBli> Applicable state licensure/certification Experience working with children in ABA, behavioral health, or special education Strong communication, leadership, and data-analysis skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required What We Offer $85–$120/hour Flexible scheduling Professional development assistance Opportunities for professional growth Easy-to-use billing and session documentation app Supportive and collaborative team environment Why ABA Express?
