Furniture Industries is looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Estimating Analyst to help prepare competitive bids for hotel construction and renovation projects nationwide.

While experience in hospitality or FF&E is a plus, it is not required . We can teach the hospitality industry. We're looking for someone with exceptional Excel skills, strong analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Furniture Industries is a long established, RAPIDLY growing company that provides FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) to major hotel chains, Sr. Living facilities, Commercial Franchises, and Multi-Housing Developments around the country.
• To oversimplify what we do, we design and furnish for the hospitality industry. We make sure that all the furnishings that go into a facility (furniture, carpeting, lighting, etc.) are delivered promptly, accurately and within budget. We are also often at the front end designing what the space will look like along with specifying and selecting the various items.
• Clients rely on us to design, purchase, and deliver this merchandise flawlessly to ensure on-time openings of their property. And we're a fun company to work for!

Position Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented FF&E Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing comprehensive furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) estimates for hotel projects throughout the United States. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, enjoys working with large amounts of data, and has exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• This position works closely with our Sales Team, Project Managers, Designers, Vendors and Manufacturers, to prepare accurate, competitive project bids while meeting strict deadlines.
• Every estimate you prepare helps shape the budget for hotels that are built across the country. You'll work with nationally recognized hotel brands and collaborate with designers, manufacturers, and project managers to bring each project from concept to completion.
• Success in this position is based on accuracy—not sales . If you're someone who enjoys finding mistakes, organizing complex information, and building spreadsheets that others rely on, you'll likely thrive here.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain complex Excel estimating workbooks used to price multi-million-dollar hospitality projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and finish schedules.
• Solicit pricing from manufacturers and suppliers.
• Compare vendor quotations and identify the best value while ensuring specification compliance.
• Verify quantities, freight, installation, and other project costs.
• Prepare accurate, competitive project bids under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and sales teams.
• Continuously improve estimating tools and internal processes.
