# Travel RN – Med/Surg Tele Float Pool

Cleveland, Ohio

### Requirements

* Active Ohio RN License
* AHA BLS Certification Required
* 3 years Med/Surg and Telemetry experience
* Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

### Responsibilities

* Provide nursing care for Med/Surg and Telemetry patients.
* Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately.
* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
* Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
* Float to assigned units based on staffing needs.
* Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
