Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) At Achieving True Self (ATS), being a BCBA is more than a role—it’s meaningful work that shapes futures. As a BCBA with ATS, you’ll play a vital role in assessing, developing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for our young clients. You’ll also serve as a mentor and supervisor to BCBA candidates, RBTs, and clinical staff, supporting high-quality, ethical care across our teams. In partnership with families and caregivers, you’ll provide training and guidance that empowers them to support continued progress beyond sessions—extending your impact far beyond the clinic. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range

• 60‑80 per hour for direct, billable hours, based on experience
• 15 per hour for non‑billable, indirect hours such as training, onboarding, and travel time.

2 hours of paid treatment planning time offered to you monthly regardless of insurance.
