Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative – Wholesale Electrical & Lighting

What You’ll Do:

• Assist contractors, electricians, builders, commercial accounts, and homeowners with product selection and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend value-added products.
• Collaborate with warehouse and outside sales staff to exceed customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer service and/or inside sales experience.
• Electrical or lighting product knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
