Registered Nurse (RN) CVOR

This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) at a healthcare facility located in Sunrise, FL. The role involves providing care in a surgical environment focused on cardiovascular procedures.

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 23 Operating Rooms, 4 CVOR
• Number of Staff: 20 CVOR staff members
• Staff Type:
  • Day Shift: RN, CST, CFA, Charge Nurse
  • Night Shift: In-house trauma team plus on-call teams
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Equipment: 1 hybrid room
• EMR: Meditech

Requirements

• Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of CV experience required
• Certifications:
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • PALS
• Preferred Skills: Pediatric experience is a plus

• Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG)
• Valve Surgery
• Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
• Vascular and Thoracic Procedures
